Vol Spot

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Vol Spot uses your information only to sign you in, save your flight alerts, and send the email alerts you requested.

Information we collect

When you create an account with your email, we store your email address and a secure hashed version of your password. We never store your plain password.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and the sign-in identifier provided by that login provider.

We also store your Vol Spot preferences, such as language, created flight alerts, and email alert settings.

How we use it

This data is used to manage your account, display your profile, trigger your alerts, and keep the service working properly.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with providers needed to run the service, such as email delivery and secure sign-in providers.

Cookies, advertising, and local storage

Vol Spot uses local storage and similar browser technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and cache flight deal information so the site loads faster.

Vol Spot displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to Vol Spot and other websites, and third-party vendors may also set cookies to serve ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google Ads settings (google.com/settings/ads) or at aboutads.info.

If you sign in with Google, that provider may also use its own cookies or similar technologies to complete authentication.

User data deletion

You can delete your Vol Spot account and all your data yourself, whenever you want, from your profile page. Deleting erases your profile, flight alerts, and preferences, cancels any subscription, and is immediate and permanent.

Prefer us to handle it? Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in, and we will delete your account after verification.
