Information we collect

When you create an account with your email, we store your email address and a secure hashed version of your password. We never store your plain password.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and the sign-in identifier provided by that login provider.

We also store your Vol Spot preferences, such as language, created flight alerts, and email alert settings.

How we use it

This data is used to manage your account, display your profile, trigger your alerts, and keep the service working properly.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with providers needed to run the service, such as email delivery and secure sign-in providers.

Cookies and local storage

Vol Spot uses local storage and similar browser technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and cache flight deal information so the site loads faster.

If you sign in with Google, that provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies to complete authentication. Vol Spot does not use cookies for advertising or selling personal information.

User data deletion

You can request deletion of the data associated with your Vol Spot account at any time.
