We usually reply within one to three business days. There is no phone line: the site is run by a very small team, and email stays the most reliable way to reach us.

Report a wrong price
Give us the destination, the departure airport, and the check date shown on the card. We revalidate the fare and correct the page if needed.
Suggest a destination or route
Our list comes from the regional sweep and is not exhaustive. If a destination you book regularly from Quebec City or Montreal is missing, tell us.
Account, alerts and subscription
Sign-in trouble, an alert that will not fire, Premium billing or cancellation: write from your account email address so we can identify you.
Privacy and data deletion
You can delete your account and all your data yourself from your profile page, immediately. If you would rather we handled it, write from your account address.
Press and partnerships
For a press request or a collaboration proposal, write to the same address with the context and your deadlines.
Who is behind Vol Spot
Vol Spot is an independent project, built and operated from Quebec City. It is neither a travel agency nor a company with a customer service department: it is a tool born of a simple frustration, watching good fares out of our own airports go by without noticing them in time.
The site does not sell tickets and earns no commission on flights. If you want to know exactly where the displayed prices come from and how the discount is calculated, our methodology page explains it in detail.
